Our Colorado Mountain Dogs are raised with intention—exposed to livestock, home life, visitors, and car rides to help them develop into calm, confident guardians. More than anything, they learn by watching their parents work, gaining real-world experience from a young age. This early imprinting builds strong instincts and reliable judgment in the field.
While most of our puppies are bred for working homes, some may be suitable as family companions in rural settings. This is why we put significant thought into each pairing—to give every puppy the best possible start and outcome based on its temperament and natural tendencies.

Nigora goats are an exceptional dual-purpose breed, offering both superfine, cashmere-like fiber and quality milk production in a compact, friendly package. The Nigerian Dwarf influence provides smaller size and excellent dairy potential, while the Angora influence contributes rich, silky fleece.
Our does come from proven milk lines, and we selectively breed for temperament, structure, and fleece quality. Some Nigoras shed naturally, while others require shearing—each with fiber that is soft, spinnable, and highly desirable for handspinners.
