Refund & Returns Policy

At Frisky Goat Ranch, we take pride in the quality of our products and animals. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final (Products)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on physical goods once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Replacement eligibility:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos and a description of the defect may be required

  • Replacement items will be sent once the issue is verified

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Items damaged after delivery


Animals & Livestock

Animals, including dogs and livestock, are not covered by this return or refund policy.

All animal sales are governed by their individual purchase agreements or contracts, which outline health guarantees, responsibilities, and terms specific to that animal. Please refer to your signed contract for details.


Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We ship orders via USPS with tracking provided when available.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Packages left unattended at delivery locations

  • Theft or loss due to porch piracy

  • Delivery issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location

  • Monitoring tracking information

  • Selecting local pickup when available if package security is a concern

If a package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Local Pickup

For orders selected as local pickup, customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Pickup details and timing will be provided at that time.
