SELLER: Frisky Goat Ranch LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“SELLER”).
BUYER: The individual identified in the Buyer Information section below (“BUYER”).

Terms

1. Price & Payments. The purchase price (the “Purchase Price”) will be determined by SELLER at the time of sale. Any deposits paid by BUYER prior to pickup are applied to the Purchase Price and are non-refundable. All remaining balances are due in full prior to possession of the Sale Animal.

2. Possession & Boarding. BUYER may take possession of the Sale Animal after it has been weaned, as determined by SELLER. Boarding at Frisky Goat Ranch is included for up to thirty (30) days following the later of: (a) the weaning date, or (b) the Effective Date of this Agreement if executed after weaning. After the included period, boarding is $30 per week, or, at SELLER’s option, BUYER’s reservation may be forfeited and the Sale Animal re-listed for sale.

3. Cancellation.
   (a) By BUYER: BUYER may cancel prior to possession; deposits are non-refundable.
   (b) By SELLER: SELLER may cancel at any time prior to transfer of possession (including after a deposit). In that case, SELLER will refund all amounts paid by BUYER, and neither party will have further obligations.

4. Registration & Deliverables. The Sale Animal will be registered with either the Colored Angora Goat Breeders Association (CAGBA) or the American Nigora Goat Breeders Association (ANGBA), as applicable. Upon possession, SELLER will provide the documents necessary to transfer registered ownership to BUYER (BUYER may be responsible for any applicable registry transfer fees). Each goat will come with registration papers, a CD&T vaccination, and microchip identification.

5. Condition & Exams. SELLER warrants clear title and represents that, to SELLER’s knowledge, the Sale Animal is healthy and free of injury at pickup (unless previously disclosed). BUYER has had the option to arrange a pre-purchase veterinary exam at BUYER’s expense. No post-pickup guarantees are offered because care and environment are outside SELLER’s control.

6. Transportation. BUYER is responsible for transportation and any tests or paperwork required to cross state lines. Transfer to BUYER’s named transporter has the same effect as pickup by BUYER. SELLER is not responsible for the Sale Animal’s health or welfare after transfer.

7. Loss Prior to Pickup. If the Sale Animal is lost prior to pickup, SELLER will refund to BUYER all amounts paid (or, at BUYER’s option, apply them to a replacement animal if available).

8. Future Re-homing (Right of First Refusal). If BUYER decides to re-home the Sale Animal at any time in the future, BUYER agrees to contact SELLER first and provide SELLER the option to retake possession. The parties will coordinate transfer timing, paperwork, and any costs in good faith.

9. Commitment to Animal Welfare. SELLER is committed to the lifelong welfare of all animals bred and raised at Frisky Goat Ranch. SELLER encourages BUYER to reach out at any time for support, advice, or assistance—without judgment. SELLER will always be a resource for help and guidance to ensure the continued health and well-being of the Sale Animal.

10. Governing Law; Entire Agreement; Electronic Acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Sale Animal and may be modified only by a written amendment agreed to by both parties (including by email). Buyer’s electronic signature/acceptance below evidences Buyer’s agreement to these terms.

    By signing below, BUYER agrees to these terms with SELLER regarding the goat identified here (the “Sale Animal”).
